The University Park Allocation Committee is a student-run board of 35 members who determine how to best distribute a portion of the Penn State student activity fee. Every student at the University Park campus of Penn State University pays a $68 student activity fee.
UPAC wants to see that money go back to student groups for running programs, attending conferences and conventions, buying club equipment and printing publications.
