Welcome!

The University Park Allocation Committee is a student-run board of 35 members who determine how to best distribute a portion of the Penn State Student Activity Fee. Every full-time student at the University Park campus of Penn State University pays a $74 student activity fee.

To enhance the out-of-class experience, UPAC allocates the Student Activity Fee money back to student organizations to put on programs, attend educational, service, performance, or competition travel events, buy club equipment, enable broadcast media, and print publications.  New this year: UPAC will also consider funding $50 per registered student organization for general operational expenses.  Stop by 229 HUB to get more information about how to get travel, programming, media, or equipment funding for your organization!

We are currently recruiting committee members!  Click on the link below, fill out the application, and submit it to 229 HUB to apply!  Contact Kendra Carr at kec5077@psu.edu with any questions.  You must be available on Tuesday evenings to apply.
